Working in education and wellness for 20+ years I've discovered that embodying our true selves requires both introspection and social engagement. The aim of the work we do together is to apply calm-led strategies into our everyday inner-personal and interpersonal experiences.
The creation of all my services was born of the concept that we learn by doing and we grow by being. Knowing when we need to sit in solitude and reflection and when we need to step into community and connection.
